Under the Constitution certain procedures are required to notify people of civil actions, criminal actions, upcoming court dates and times. This is called Due Process. Under Ga Code OCGA § 9-11-4 people or persons involved in Civil matters must be served with summons or complaint. This is Due Process and is effectuated by a Process Server.

In the Metro Atlanta areas most courts require Process Servers to be certified through the State and appointed through certain courts. At Dial services we are in compliance with the Courts and the laws pertaining to the Courts. If we are not appointed in the Appropriate Courts, we can obatin an Emergency Order in which to complate service for our Clients if necessary.
